i'm used to using xanga/myspace as my 'diet' journal. but i know too many people on there,so i can't be as open as i'd like. this is mainly for me, so i'm sure there'll be lots of rants.
i'm on a challenge right now, this week is fasting till tuesday, only water and neg cals. i don't believe in the whole 'oh yeah there's 731 neg calorie foods' thing, so i'm not eating anything.
and, i never have energy, obviously, so excuse me for having a few sugar-free energy drinks.
